Kaiser Hawaii to insure Free Health Insurance?

That’s correct, Kaiser Permanente is launching a pilot program insuring young adults ages 19-24 who make up to 250% of the federal poverty level or less than 29K a year. About 16% of hawaii’s unisured fall within this age range and it’s primarily because after age 18, most come off of their parents health insurance coverage. The progam is open to 200 people.
